TSReader has many add-on files that add to it's performance. They all go into the TSReader install folder.
dvbt.ini
This file is used when the NIT doesn't match the broadcast frequency. This is typical in the UK where repeaters relay TV signals from main transmitters which typically have the wrong frequency in the NIT. This is an INI file with the format of the frequency in the NIT versus the actual tuner frequency.

Again in the UK, many DVB-T2 signals include an NIT but with no frequency for the broadcast. This file also an INI has the transport stream ID and the command line to actually tune.

UDPMulticast.lst
This is a tab separated file with the addresses used by the UDP multicast source module. It has the source address, port, interface address and description.

Also a tab separated file but this time with just the port address and the name of the service.

This file is used by the IPTV source module and is documented here.
ATSC.lst
This is a tab separated list used by the ATSC modules that lists the frequencies used for ATSC tuning. This has the frequency followed by the description.

Also a tab separated file used by the QAM source modules that is tab separated and has the frequency and description.

This has the tuner command-lines for tuning DVB-T sources. Frequency, bandwidth and inversion mode.
