We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for TSReader Standard and Professional orders. If you purchase our software and discover it doesn't work for your intended use, you shouldn't have to pay. We're very proud of TSReader and should you find issues we ask you email us with your concerns before requesting a refund.

TSReader does not contain any copy protection code so there is no special license key that needs to be removed. This is at the request of our customers, but it does mean you will need to certify in writing that it has been removed from your computer(s).

This is how the process works:

  1. You inform us within 14-days of purchase that you wish to obtain a refund for your TSReader purchase
  2. We remove the license from your support account and terminate any support for TSReader
  3. You uninstall TSReader and delete the setup program we provided
  4. You certify in writing that you have uninstalled TSReader and deleted the install program
  5. If you purchased TSReader Professional, the certification letter must be notarized, signed by a company officer or by an attorney representing you
  6. Once we receive the certification, we will refund the purchase and remove your account from our support site
  7. The certification must be received within 90-days of the order

Note that if you return TSReader Standard or Professional, you also loose your right to use our free TSReader Lite program permanently.
