TSReader purchases come with a year of technical support and updates. Beyond that, you can renew support to add an additional year. This can be done on our support site or here.

Renewals are processed manually so it's very important to let us know if the email used for the renewal order is different than the email used on our support site. Please drop us an email if they are different so we can locate the correct license to renew.
